Hello,

I bought this locomotive on the internet thinking it was a Bing gauge 1 loco (201/2523). But it´s actually gauge 0.

I didn't know that Bing made a gauge 0 version, or is this perhaps not a Bing loco?
Any information about this locomotive would be very much appreciated.

My apologies for writing this in English, but I am Dutch and my English is better than German.

Hi, on the cabin I can read "I / 48". Why is this gauge 0 ?

The width between the wheels is 32 mm.

Der Motor ist offenbar neu gebaut. Das ist kein alter Eisenbahnmotor. Auch das Gestänge ist komplett neu. Zeige bitte die Unterseite der Lok und stelle nicht so große Bilder ein, damit der rechte Rand nicht verschwindet.

It ist a BING-Loko, aber umgebaut, das Gehäuse ist von einer Spur-I Lokomotive, (siehe Führerhausaufschrift), "I und 48" mm Spurweite. Es wurde, ein artfremder Elektro-Motor eingebaut, soweit erkennbar. Spur 0 ? Die Frontlaternen sind von Märklin, die Kupplung ebenfalls,
die Triebstangen scheinen erneuert zu sein. Bing Expresszug in I von 1904
